Tensorflow error while training model with RASA NLU - python

I am using RASA NLU. While training the bot I am getting the following exceptionL
a. ImportError: No module named '_pywrap_tensorflow_internal'
b. Failed to load the native TensorFlow runtime.
and quite a bit of errors in stack trace as one can see at the end of the post.
Here is snippet of versions I am using for different modules with python 3.6.8:
tensorboard 1.8.0
rasa-core 0.10.1
rasa-nlu 0.13.0a2
Keras 2.1.6
I ensured the training domain yaml is placed in right location and has no errors.

Seems like tensorflow is not correctly installed. Please try re-installing rasa-core with pip install -U rasa-core or even update to the new rasa package, which combines rasa-nlu and rasa-core (the old rasa-core and rasa-nlu are packages are deprecated). You can do so by doing pip install rasa.

For you to resolve these tensorflow dependencies - see below.
pip install rasa[convert]

I wanted to get started with tensorflow and everytime I import it, I see this error. I usually import keras as well, but it crashes because of TensorFlow. When I import TensorFlow alone, I also see this error

What is "pywrap_tensorflow", and why is it not present?
Is there anything I can do? Thx in advance
According to my experience, pywrap_tensorflow requires cuDNN.
Please install cuDNN accordingly.
Before you install the cuDNN please check did you install the CUDA successfully. To check it, run nvcc -V.

How to fix this error while importing tflearn library?

From this line in your trace back "C:\Users\Nik\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python37\lib\site-packages\tensorflow\python\pywrap_tensorflow_internal.py" I come to the conclusion that you are using python 3.7, python 3.7 doesn't support tensorflow as of yet, also it looks like you upgraded from python 3.6 given you didn't face a no module named tensorflow during your pip install.
The only solution is to work with python 3.6 as of now, so you will either need to downgrade your python or install conda and create an environment with python 3.6
Tensorflow is not supported on Python 3.7:
