numpy-1.16.3 build issue on WIndows - python

I Am trying to build numpy-1.16.3 version on windows. Seems it was installed correctly to my mentioned directory, but when I try to import numpy, I got the issue:

Broken Conda Installation After Conda Update Python

I have tried upgrading Python version on a Miniconda installation by running conda update python. The version was being taken from 3.8 to 3.10. This seems to have broken the installation. No matter what command I run, I get the following:

Problem launching Jupyter Notebook from Anaconda

I am having issues launching Jupyter Notebook. I have tried to do it two ways and seem to get errors.
1 - Launching from the Anaconda Prompt using the command jupyter notebook or directly choosing from the Anaconda menu
I get the following:

It seems like this is referring to a package called jsonschema which is not installed apparently, but running a pip install jsonschema does not solve the problem for me...
In the answer above I also have two two commands but they are a bit different
source /opt/anaconda/bin/activate root
and then
jupyter notebook
It seems like you have to go into your anaconda directory then bin, then you can
"activate root"
It also looks like you need to install some other dependencies for jupyter to run. Where is says
Jupyter notebook format depends on the jsonschema package:
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/jsonschema
Please install it first.
So if the above doesn't work try installing the other dependency and try again
Based on this answer from a similar question, I managed to solve the problem by running these two commands:
conda update -n root conda
conda update --all
I thus updated all packages, and the notebook is now launching.

Numpy Library not loading(In face none of the library)

I have installed Python 3.7, and I have been working in Python for a while. It was working all fine and suddenly from this afternoon, I am unable to load any Python libraries. I have tried to uninstall and install entire libraries and Python itself. It has not fixed the issue yet. Could someone help on what else to be looked at. I have been using pip3 to install packages. I am not using Anaconda. I was able to install the package successfully but unable to load for some reason. When I try to load numpy, I am getting below mentioned error

Linux python error when command in terminal not found

I'm running Linux Mint 18.3 with kernel 4.13.0-39-generic.
Every time I run a command in a terminal that is not valid or the program is not installed I get a stacktrace of a python error

To answer the first question, yes gdbm is installed:

As you can see in your error message you are missing the module 'gdbm' as it says here:
sudo apt-get install python3.5-gdbm

Error: It seems that scikit-learn has not been built correctly

I am running Mac OS 10.10.5. and Python 3 and XCode 7.2.1. I installed SciKit-Learn and all of its dependencies with pip (PyCharm) and I am getting this error when I try to use the package. I tried it on another computer also running 10.10.5 and didn't get the error. Here is the full error message:
