Few days ago, Anaconda Navigator used to work fine but now it won't open; I've even reinstalled the navigator but still getting the same issue.
Here is the error message

According to github the problem lies with "config.yaml" file in C:\Users\axith.continuum\anaconda-client\config.yaml , rename it to config.old or delete it

I also attach a minimal code snippet to reproduce the error.
import hydra
from multiprocessing import Manager
#hydra.main(config_path='config', config_name='config')
def main(cfg):
m = Manager() # The error is in this line
m.Queue()
main()
The config.yaml is correctly created and located since when I don't use the Manager, the entire code works with no errors:
- PROJECT ----- config ---- config.yaml
|
|
----- main.py
As far as I have understood, the problem comes from the fact that hydra changes the directory when initialized and afterwards, when the Manager is created, hydra is called again to be initialized but as the directory has been changed, it can not find the config folder. If this is true, is it a bug or can it be solved?
Thank you so much for your help.
I'm not able to reproduce the error on my machine.
You can stop hydra from changing directories at runtime by passing hydra.job.chdir=False at the command line -- see the docs on how to disable changing current working dir to job's output dir.
python main.py hydra.job.chdir=False

I had the same problem. I used a lot of tricks but finally got my solution. I didn't add my python scripts directory in the path variable. C:\Users\Computer\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python310\Scripts. When I added this path to the path variable. Then pywhatkit was running on my machine. Note: I had recently reset my computer and gave it windows 10 pro!
As written in nameko's document, I run this example and it works:
from nameko.runners import ServiceRunner
from nameko.testing.utils import get_container
from nameko.rpc import rpc
class ServiceA:
name = "service_a"
class ServiceB:
name = "service_b"
# create a runner for ServiceA and ServiceB
runner = ServiceRunner(config={})
runner.add_service(ServiceA)
runner.add_service(ServiceB)
# ``get_container`` will return the container for a particular service
container_a = get_container(runner, ServiceA)
# start both services
runner.start()
print('runner start')
# stop both services
runner.stop()
It shows:
runner start
but when i add a rpc method in service_a, and add a AMQP_URI in config, it doesn't work, looks like it doesn't connected to RabbitMQ. What should i do?
class ServiceA:
name = "service_a"
#rpc
def hello_a(self):
return 'hello service_a.'
config = {
'AMQP_URI': 'amqp://guest:guest#localhost',
}
runner = ServiceRunner(config=config)

I suspect you are missing import eventlet; eventlet.monkey_patch() at the top of your file. Eventlet is mentioned in the documentation but I think it could be clearer, and possibly explicitly added to some of the examples.
Alternatively you could use the bundled service runner (which handles this for you) by making a module with just your service definitions and using nameko run from the command line like in the hello world example
Setting up the testing framework and I can't seem to get past this error:

ValueError: Could not determine directory that contains both, this file and lib/ipaddr.
It's a correct error coming from dev_appserver.py... there is no lib/ipaddr in the /usr/local/bin directory.
Why is nosetests triggering the raising of this error? Why does dev_appengine try to look for lib/ipaddr in the first place?
