I am running this script and want to create a table by passing values in psql query using variables. So, that I can create multiple table in one go. But this cur.execute("CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS(%s, %s)",[table_name, comp_schema]) line is throwing error. How can I write this query to create a table with the given schema?

There's a couple of errors here, in both the SQL syntax and the Python:
cur.execute("CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS(%s, %s)",[table_name, comp_schema])
should be
cur.execute("CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS %s (%s)"%(table_name, comp_schema))
It might be easier during development to build the query in a separate variable first, then print it to see if it looks right:
test = "CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS %s (%s)"%(table_name, comp_schema)
print(test)
>>CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS comp_first (

According to sqlitetutorial.net
SQLite allows you to drop only one table at a time. To remove multiple
tables, you need to issue multiple DROP TABLE statements.
You can do it by querying all table names (https://www.sqlite.org/faq.html#q7)
Then you can use the result to delete the tables one by one

It ran perfectly the first time when the db and table didn't exist. I ran it a second time to check if the IF NOT EXIST clause worked correctly. But it didn't! I got the following warnings:

I want to insert data from a CSV file into a PostgreSQL table. The table
structure is given below. But I am unable to give input of INTEGER type values.

instead of cursor, you can use below statement to load data directly from CSV to table which skips Header of the CSV file

You forgot to commit your connection. Simply add:
cursor.execute(s)
db.commit()

I am trying to write into my localhost MySQL database.
I have created a database named "test", a table called "price_update" and a row called "model"
When I run the script below I get no errors, however, I also get nothing written to my database.
I am not sure where to start looking for the problem. the row is varchar(10) and collation utf9_general_ci.

You have to commit the changes:
conn.commit()
Also, I'd make your query safer:
query = "INSERT INTO price_update (model) values (%s)"
...
