I got a similar issue yesterday. Try running this code in the CMD
conda install pywin32
and install it if you use Anaconda.

I always make sure to install the program folder closer to the root c:\anaconda**

I've tried to follow the solutions proposed by previous questions with a similar issue but to no avail. I've (to the best of my knowledge) uninstall python and anaconda numerous times and reinstalled the 64 bit version (I am running a 64 but OS) but the issue persists.
