What's '-ensorflow'?I can't uninstall it - python

When I use cmd 'pip list',I find a package called '-ensorflow' which couldn't be unistalled using command 'pip uninstall'.Its version is '1.9.0' .
I have installed 'tensorflow 1.13.1',what's the difference between them? What's more, when I upgraded 'tensorflow' from 1.09 to 1.13,CMD seemed to show version conficts between '-ensorflow' and 'tensorboard'.
Running Windows 10, Python 3.7.1.
I am searching for a long time on net. But no use. Please help or try to give some ideas. Thanks in advance.

I found an answer to this. There must be some issues when you are uninstalling the package. If you search your folders (C:\Anaconda3\envs\ml-agents\Lib\site-packages for me) you will find the folder "~ensorflow-gpu" and another dist folder with similar. Just delete the folder and then restart the console. No error will come

How do I fix this python converting file into an app - still have not found a solution

This question is not a duplicate of this question, because I am trying to create an app.
I am currently following this tutorial, but when I try to run my app,
my command prompt prints out this error:
Why does this error happen and how can I solve it? I read through all the answers to the linked question, but none of them are pertinent to my problem.
Please anyone help me, I still haven't found a working solution; I am getting desperate!!!
Edit: I can't just install and uninstall pynput? Idk why it doesn't work because shouldn't pynput come with idle?
Version: 3.74 python idle, most updated version of pyinstaller
The following might help you if you haven't tried them already:
Update pip from the command line
Unistall pyinstaller
Re-install pyinstaller and try it again
If the above does not work, try running the following command in the command line. Make sure there are some print statements in your code to see if it works.
python monitoring_culmination_product.py
If you got a message saying "python is not recognised as an internal or external command" then python might have not been added as an environment path.Try this to fix the issue.
You could always re-install python if things get difficult.(make sure you install the appropriate version 32-64bit)
If the command though executed without a problem. Try to use pyinstaller on another file to see if the problem has to make sure the problem has to do with pyinstaller.
From a personal experience, pyinstaller can be unreliable at times so I put the following line in my projects just to make sure. It might help you too.

You could try to use conda create to get an environment containing all the need dependencies (numpy, etc) and then use pyinstaller as explained in this discussion.
Please fall back to 1.6.8 version of pynput. pip install pynput==1.6.8

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tabula'. After trying many things

Yes, I know this question has been asked in the past, twice. Still I tried all the ideas that were proposed plus ideas from other websites and yet it still doesn't work, so here I go:
I have windows 10, python 3.8.3 and java 1.8.0_261.
I tried first pip install tabula-py.
Then I tried pip install tabula_py.
Then I tried to find the version of java in cmd which it didn't find. I then added a path (I found on the internet) to the settings in "My PC" and then I did find the version of java.
I tried to restart my computer.
I tried pip uninstall tabula-py and then pip3 install tabula-py
But still, when I run "import tabula" in jupyter notebook, it says he can't find this module. I have searched the entire internet and tried everything suggested but with no luck. Can anyone please help me?

So in the end I found yet another link with a line of code that did work!
conda install -c conda-forge tabula-py
To my dissapointment I have no idea why this works and why the other suggested code didn't, as cmd is not my specialty. If anyone understands and could explain what the issue was or what the difference is, I would love to hear. Thank you

When I tried to install sacrebleu, I got an installation error

Description
When I tried to install package sacrebleu, I got an error like this:
Installation Error
It said "System cannot find the specified file". However I have no idea how to solve it.
I have tried installing package mecab-python3. But it confuses me that it was successfully installed in Anaconda but got an error, "Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 is required", in original python38 environment.
Whether the package mecab-python3 has been installed or not, I still got the same error and cannot install sacrebleu.
I also tried restarting my machine but it does not work.
Is there anyone could solve it? or I want to know if there is any alternative package I can use to calculate BLEU score.

I'm the mecab-python3 maintainer. Sorry it's giving you trouble.
The README has a link to the C++ runtime pack you have to install on Windows, if you install that it should work.
I have heard reports of the package not working with Anaconda on Windows specifically, though it seems to work sometimes. If you have trouble please open an issue and I'll try to fix it. On the other hand, if you aren't processing Japanese there's no reason to import the module and that may be a bug in sacrebleu.
Ah, actually, I just saw your screenshot - didn't notice it before.
Versions before 1.0 don't support Windows. But to keep using the old dictionary, sacrebleu has to make some changes, so they don't support 1.0+ yet. I think they are working on it, see this issue.

How to import win32api module in python? [duplicate]

When running python26 under windows OS (64bits).....
I have got errors like:

I have done the msi installation for python26
all dlls can be found under C:\Python26\Lib\site-packages\pywin32_system32
After I copy pywintypes26.dll and pythoncom26.dll from C:\Python26\Lib\site-packages\pywin32_system32 to C:\Python26\Lib\site-packages\win32 -> Solve the problem!
I also hit a problem importing win32api.
The post-install script for pywin32 failed, which should copy pythoncom26.dll, pythoncomloader26.dll, and pywintypes26.dll, among other things. I ran it by hand and my installation was fixed.

which I did not do first time round; I installed from a normal prompt getting the following feedback:

Copied pythoncom34.dll to C:\Python34\pythoncom34.dll
Copied pywintypes34.dll to C:\Python34\pywintypes34.dll
You do not have the permissions to install COM objects.
The sample COM objects were not registered.

Finishing with "The pywin32 extensions were succesfully installed" ...
I only read the last sentence and I started to run some code resulting in getting these dll load fails.
So, did some research, and started an elevated prompt (how: see "http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/783-elevated-command-prompt.html") and again ran:

Copied pythoncom34.dll to C:\Windows\system32\pythoncom34.dll

Run the installer as Administrator and it works:
Right click on pywin32-installer.exe
Choose "Run as Administrator"
As suggested above the post install script is not run, this issue can be seen when installing from a wheel (As I encountered)
python scripts\pywin32_postinstall.py -install
If find you have this issue when installing via wheels, then installing it from here can solve the above issue.

There appears to be a bug in the installer. The recommended workaround in the ticket is the same one as proposed by Dave Bremer.
I could fix this situation by removing all installed Python3.4 versions (had forgotten to uninstall 3.4.1 before installing 3.4.2), deleting C:\Python34 and after installing Python 3.4.2 pywin32-219.win32-py34.exe could be installed and called without problems.
So, copying around DLLs should NOT be necessary!
I always install the Active State Python distro which installs the win32 packages for you and gets it right.
If the above didn't fix the problem, you're still missing the msvcr100.dll file. It's either in your \System32\ folder, or more likely in your c:\PythonXX\Lib\site-packages\win32\ folder.
That fixed it for me after hours of search to no avail, even though it looks like the import still isn't resolved as it should be (PyCharm still gives me the squiggly underline), but it works.
First I was using pip to install pywin32 in anaconda environment, that's why no matter what I did it was failing. After trial and error, I figured out that
conda install pywin32
is the right way to install pywin32 in the anaconda package manager.
I don't know whether it's too late or not to answer this question. I also hit this problem, and I tried every method above, but neither of them worked.
Finally, I found the reason. When we install pywin32, we must choose the one that fits python's version(2.6, 2.7, 3.3, etc) and python's bit number(x64 or x86). Notice, it must fit python's bit number, not PC's bit number. If you install x86 python in a x64 PC, you have to install a pywin32 with x86.
In my case i had to copy pywintypes26.dll and pythoncom26.dll files into C:\Windows\System32 folder to work it properly in jupyter notebook.
