When I run the MATLAB script, I get the following matrix, which is clearly different from the Numpy output.

In MATLAB, you get relevant row and column subscripts of A returned by im2var(M == 1) of your targeted places for ones. This can alternately be done with find(M.') without the need to initialise im2var or just find(M) since M equals transpose(M) in your case. find(M) returns linear indices where M is not zero but the linear indices of M are the same as row and column subscripts of A. You cannot directly use these row and column subscripts and need to convert them into linear indices and then proceed i.e.
ind = find(M); % ind = find(M.'); in general
A(sub2ind(size(A),ind,ind)) = 1;
P.S: Note that MATLAB follows the column major order whereas NumPy follows the row major order.

If you need to visualize a grayscale 0-255 image as text then you can try np.array2string function:

You may need to specify threshold, max_line_width, seperator and formatter parameters.

I am trying to make a viterbi table with possibility of a specific word in a part of speech occurring inserted into a table where the rows represent all possible part of speeches and the rows are sequence of words in a sentence. I want to update the cell with corresponding the likelihood (TP*EP) that a word of a specific part of speech can occur at in a sentence. But I'm stuck on inserting these likelihoods into the dictionary list.
I'm using the following for insertion, but it does not work. Is there an alternative to changing a specific element in a list where the lists are values of a dictionary?

I have a binary classifier that classifies images as either 0 or 1. Until now I was using validation_generator and fit_generator, which yielded about 85% accuracy, which seems normal.
However, I want to generate a confusion matrix, for which I need to use predict_generator(). I have included this but it predicts every image as '0'.
When I print out y_true labels, it prints out all the '0'class labels first, followed by all the '1' class labels. I have included the output below to show what I mean. Should these be shuffled? But most importantly why is predict_generator only predicting one class?

When i try to vectorize it using the CountVectorizer() or TfIdfVectorizer()

I am getting the following error:
AttributeError: 'list' object has no attribute 'lower'
And if I put a simple list inside the vectorizer.fit_transform() function it works properly.
How do I remove this error?
tokenized_list is a list of lists. Trying iterating the list and passing the sublist as argument or you can flatten the list.
Ex:

Which is clearly wrong.
Since
A * X != b
I don't have any lead to how to troubleshoot this. The documentation is scarce.
dI copied your arrays to text files (names should be self-explanatory) and ran the following code without problems.
Perhaps converting your arrays to proper cvxopt matrizes was the problem?

Thus, the solution vector x is different from the one you reported.
In particular, the last line checks for equality A*x=b and evaluates to true.
