If I command 'python manage.py runserver', it show this error.

As you said in your comments, you cloned this project from git.
Perhaps config is a local settings file you are meant to create yourself. Check the README and also check for a config example of some sorts

Go to your settings.py

TIME_ZONE = 'Asia/Calcutta'

How to run createsuperuser from PyDev Django shell

I can't figure out how to do python manage.py createsuperuser in my PyDev Django shell.
I was hoping something below would work, but nothing did. I've never really used these shells before, and hope there's a way to create this superuser with a shell.
import manage
python manage.py createsuperuser

python manage.py createsuperuser

I tried doing it with the Windows cmd, which led to this error:

Are there other ways to createsuperuser than using shell or cmd? Like doing it with a method?
os.environ.setdefault("DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE", "myapp.settings")
from django.core.management import execute_from_command_line
execute_from_command_line(["manage.py","createsuperuser"])
Based on the error information "loading MySQLdb module: No module named 'MySQLdb'", you need to install MySQL-python
