This is the error i am getting when i am trying to install selenium module
I tried to uninstall and re-install python also added to path folder but still these errors are coming I am currently using windows 10 (latest update) so I don't think this should be a problem, please help with a fix
Thanks in advance for helping

ReadTimeoutErrors primarily happen because of network issues. They can happen if the internet connection is interrupted or is too slow. One probable solution is to use pass an increased default-timeout flag with your pip install command like this:
pip install selenium --default-timeout=100
Try it out with 200 too if 100 doesn't cut it.

ReadTimeoutError while installing tensorflow-gpu

I am getting below error while installing tensorflow-gpu from pip command.
Tried multiple attempts at different times assuming the network issue but the error remains persist.
(base) PS E:\...\coref-master> pip install tensorflow-gpu

Note:
Already googled and tried different suggestions but no luck!

ReadTimeoutError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='github-production-release-asset-2e65be.s3.amazonaws.com', port=443): Read timed out.
The server (PyPi) spend too much time to answer from your client.
Check the configuration of pip in your home directory.
You can increase the timeout value:
[global]
timeout = 60
And retry later…
