Will paypalrestsdk run on a raspberry pi and what do I need to do to facilitate it?

#Cdarke has identified the issue correctly above but upgrading the Rapsberry Pi to 2.7.11 took some time. Here is a good tutorial

I follow the FastAPI "hello world" tutorial. As step 1, I need to run (I use python 3.8 in a venv):

When I go over to step 2, it says:
$ uvicorn main:app --reload
Command 'uvicorn' not found, but can be installed with:
sudo apt install uvicorn
although uvicorn is said to be installed with the command in the first place:
What should I do to run uvicorn main:app --reload?
Just install it again.
pip install "fastapi[all]"
Afterwards, you can run
uvicorn main:app --reload
without further installations.

I found a way to solve this: If I uninstall pywatchman and install wheel it works fine.
I would like to create a patch for watchman, so that this works right of the box.
How could this be solved, so that in future this does not happen any more?

After that I checked the following didn't give any errors:
import os
from mlflow import log_metric, log_param, log_artifact
But when I try to run the web-based user interface, I get the following errors:

Any ideas how I can fix this?
Apparently I had to install the wheel module inside my virtual environment. I deleted the virtual environment, re-created it, and then installed the wheel module:
pip install wheel
after that pip install mlflow, as well as mlflow ui worked successfully.

Python Flask Install - Are these errors bad?

When installing Flask I get errors but it still says successful. Are these errors going to cause problems for me?
Using Python3 on Debian 9
I tried upgrading setuptools, but still get the same errors.
