How to create *.7z file in Python?
Please write an small-simple example.

You can try using py7zr, which supports 7zip archive compression, decompression, encryption, decryption. https://github.com/miurahr/py7zr
For .7z creation, use this code:
import py7zr
with py7zr.SevenZipFile('target.7z', 'w') as z:
z.writeall('./base_dir')

You need py7zlib, see this question

I am trying to work on the same .py file as my friend. I am looking for the Google Docs of coding (being able to see each other's changes live). How can I do it? Is there a plugin for PyCharm or Sublime Text 3 (preferably Sublime)? Thanks
You could use vs code for that.

I need to connect to a data stream written in C++ with my current program in Python, any advice or resources on how to connect?
Java has a native keyword that allows functions from c++ to be brought into java as methods. Python might have the same feature.
