My Django admin site does not show any default permissions of any models. Actually, I checked the database and I can't find any model permission in the auth_permissions table.
I've already run python manage.py makemigrations and python manage.py migrate. I also tried deleting the database and migration files and run two above command again but doesn't work. I've already registered my models in admin.py.
Any other solutions I can try ?

In your admin.py you are importing all of your models as from .Model import *. Python is a case-sensitive programming language if you have not manipulated your models.py file as Models.py.
I suppose from .models import * will do the trick
The above solution solves the problem. However, my Models is actually a folder, I've been trying to divide the models into different files which are stored in that folder. So for those who have the same idea, just simply change the folder's name into models and you're good to go :v

I have looked at different threads on here and can't seem to find the solution. It's presenting itself like its an error in the heroku code (I know its not, I've done something wrong), regardless I am very stuck. I have deployed the django project with sqlite3, no issues and am currently trying to convert it postgreSQL.

Closed last year.
I have created a django app and deployed it in Heroku.
The web app works fine and the user registration and login works too.
But when I open the django admin site it doesn't show the latest registered account. I have asked a few people to test my system so surely, there will be a few new accounts but the only accounts there were the ones I tested with a dummy account before deploying in heroku.

How to I solve this issue?
During the last couple days I have been trying to use environment variables in django but it just seems impossible. I made my .env file and put it in my project directory with all the variables. When I run the server it says that my secret key is not defined even though I am loading my environment variables. I do not know what I am doing wrong in this project because this approach work just fine in another one i made.
If someone can find the error I would really appreciate it a lot.

I managed to solve all the problem by removing all the code from the dotenv part in the settings.py and just putting dotenv.load_dotenv(). I do not know why did that work but I am almost crying because of how happy I am.

give another project secret key like this

As you can see all files point to the settings/production.py file, which imports everything from base.py and I have the secret key in there, but still receive the same error Django: ImproperlyConfigured: The SECRET_KEY setting must not be empty when I try to do:
gunicorn botApp.wsgi:application --bind 0.0.0.0:8001
Many thanks.
