Django with apache-cassandra database with pycharm - python

I am trying to create message app with a database model using Django framework using pycharm with apache-cassandra as a database. When I try to run
python manage.py migrate
in the terminal I get the following error,
TypeError: Unknown option(s) for sync_cassandra command: app_label, check_unapplied, fake, fake_initial, interactive, migration_name, plan, run_syncdb. Valid options are: database, force_color, help, no_color, pythonpath, settings, skip_checks, stderr, stdout, traceback, verbosity, version.

However when I do a migration using the sqlite3, I don't have any errors.

Probably you've already figured it out.
The answer is that Cassandra does not have to migrate, but sync_cassandra.
Try:
python manage.py sync_cassandra

Django Tutorial - TemplateDoesNotExist at /polls/, Can't find the template mentioned when following DJango Tutorial

I have looked at other Stack Overflow Questions similar to this, but they were old like 2010, and didn't help my situation
Hello, I was following the Django Tutorial to the header, A shortcut: render() on the site. But when I try to get to the site, it says that the Template doesn't exist when the templates routing.
I need the template to be found by the view and rendered to the poll, where it is currently showing the error. I have added the tutorial I followed, image with issue page, folder structure, and views page. If you need anything else, let me know and I will provide the information

How to set Debug=False and Allowed_hosts in Django without Http error 500

I would like to publish my website made in Django with Debug=False setting. However, this gives me error 500.
I did my best but it still doesn't work. Here is what I already tried:
I went through this question: CommandError: You must set settings.ALLOWED_HOSTS if DEBUG is False
I learnt I need to add allowed_hosts but neither localhost, *, nor the link to my website worked.
I tried to collect staticfiles. It did not help. My project is on heroku and heroku collects all staticfiles authomatically by itself.
There might be some problem with setting of whitenoise, but I am not able to run debug=False even locally.
You can find all my code here: https://github.com/eliska-n/elinit/tree/master. Here I share my settings.py file.

My error:
mysql_exceptions.OperationalError: (2005, "Unknown MySQL server host 'mysql://dev-backend.cluster-xxx.us-east-1.rds.amazonaws.com:3306' (74)")
Where the heck is it getting dev-backend.cluster as the database from?
My migrate command:
python manage.py makemigrations
python manage.py migrate
Check for settings downstream of that DATABASES assignment. A common pattern in Django projects is a layout like this:
# In settings.py, declare all the base values
DATABASES = { ... }
INSTALLED_APPS = [ ... ]
# Import other settings based on environment
if os.environ.get("environ") != "production":
from .devel import *
For better or worse this pattern or variations thereof are commonplace. You likely have an import under a conditional later in the file.
I also encountered the same problem.
if yyyy-backend.cluster-cwtxulgbsb88.us-east-1.rds.amazonaws.com is
correct?? can name resolve?
You might want to use its
IP address for connecting instead.
Because Usually the case when name resolving doesn't work on the host.
