Python 2.7.9 install requests on windows

I keep trying to install requests, but every time I do it starts, then gives me this error. Is there any way I can get around this or fix this error so that I can use requests?

I have gotten into the files correctly but I cannot seem to get it to download requests.

Re-Install pip

OR Manual install

Python Neupy install : no lapack/blas resources found

I cannot install the package Neupy. I work with Python 3.5 and Windows 10..
I tried to clone it from the source code as follows:
git clone https://github.com/itdxer/neupy.git
cd neupy
python setup.py install
Here the error I got:

error: no lapack/blas resources found

EDIT : The solution was to use the whl from the official source which checks for the dependencies of lapack/blas:
Download the version of scipy suited for your OS and version lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#scipy
Then enter the command:
pip install [Local File Location]\[Your specific file such as scipy-0.16.0-cp27-none-win_amd64.whl]
Finally pip works well for neupy:
pip install neupy

Forget everything you done before, all you need to do is type this in the Windows cmd to install neupy from Pypi.
pip install neupy

Memory error while using pip install Matplotlib

I am using raspberry Pi 2 with a 16gb SD card. I still have 8gb data free but still getting this error.

This error is coming up because, it seems, pip's caching mechanism is trying to read the entire file into memory before caching it… which poses a problem in a limited-memory environment, as matplotlib is ~50mb.
A simpler solution, until pip is patched to use a constant-space caching algorithm, is to run pip with --no-cache-dir to avoid the cache:
$ pip --no-cache-dir install matplotlib

It seems that you have insufficient RAM to build matplotlib from scratch. To overcome that, either turn on swap:
# create swap file of 512 MB
dd if=/dev/zero of=/swapfile bs=1024 count=524288
# modify permissions
chown root:root /swapfile
chmod 0600 /swapfile
# setup swap area
mkswap /swapfile
# turn swap on
swapon /swapfile
Or, if you have raspbian installed on your SD card, you can install matplotlib from the repository:
apt-get install python-matplotlib

--no-cache-dir didn't work for me. I just closed all apps and only then I was able to finish installation.

Python Pip Install "Egg" Error (Pandas and other modules)

Having issues installing some python modules (for example pandas) and also had some issues installing ipython notebook.
This error seems to have come up before for other folks (Python pip install fails: invalid command egg_info), but they were using Python 2.7, whereas I'm using 2.6 (default with my Mac OS 10.6). Also I tried easy_install -U setuptools and pip install --upgrade setuptools but neither worked.
This is the error I get for installing pandas:

When I do sudo pip install pandas (another module that I can't install), I get a long long traceback with the end error message:

A permission Denied message would suggest you to run your command as root as suggested by Hackaholic.
try sudo pip install YOUR_PACKAGE
You might also want to have a look at virtualenv to use a more isolated environment.
Under debian based distributions, you might install python-virtualenv package with apt-get install python-virtualenv.
Then create a virtual environment names whatever by typing virtualenv whatever (this will create a folder whatever inside your current folder.
Then cd to it and type bin/activate to enter this virtual environment.
From there try again your pip install command.

Python is reporting an OSError at the bottom of the traceback, explaining that you're having a permissions issue with the file in question.
Try running as root first:
sudo pip install django_markdown
If that doesn't work, then you could try doing
sudo chmod +rwx /Library/Python/2.7/site-packages/django_markdown
though I doubt the latter will fix the problem if the former doesn't.

you don't have the rights to write to '/Library/Python/2.7/site-packages/', you can solve installing the package using sudo
sudo pip install django_markdown
anyway this is not a best practice if you need this package only for a specific application.
Take a look at virtualenv to properly manage python environment.
